NanBar is a comprehensive business management SaaS platform built specifically for bakery and small food production businesses in Kyrgyzstan. Each bakery owner gets a fully isolated multi-tenant workspace to digitize their entire operation: hire and manage staff with hourly wage rates, track daily work hours and auto-calculate payroll costs, maintain product inventory with ingredient cost breakdowns, record sales in real-time with automatic stock deduction and frozen expense snapshots for accurate historical accounting, automatically build a client database from transaction history with search and lifetime value analytics, and monitor business health via an interactive analytics dashboard showing revenue, production costs, salary expenses, and net profit with customizable date range filtering. The platform replaces paper-based records with a centralized digital system, enabling data-driven decisions for bakery owners. Built with Django REST Framework and PostgreSQL backend, Next.js 16 with React 19 TypeScript frontend, Tailwind CSS v4 styling, Recharts for analytics visualization, and containerized via Docker Compose for one-command deployment.
